El usuario quería actualizar un formulario a través de la importación de CSV, pero no puede encontrar el campo personalizado en el mapeo de campos.
Solución
Para resolver, el usuario puede considerar lo siguiente:
- Verificar si el formulario personalizado donde se encuentra el campo personalizado es el seleccionado en las Opciones avanzadas en la importación de CSV
- Si eligió el formulario personalizado correcto en las Opciones avanzadas, verifique si el campo personalizado está oculto en el formulario
Nota: Asegúrese de que para importar valores al campo personalizado, este debe ser visible en el formulario para que también pueda verse en la página de asignación de campos.
