Thank you, @User_NG5TG. I hope you are feeling better now. And, yes, just let us know once you have additional information to share. 🙂

Hi, @Shara. No, actually the one you are referring to on the screenshot is the Account field of the Bill Payment, and that shows you the Bank Account list that you have in your account/Subsidiary. The one I am referring to is the Account field of the Bill as shown below, which shows you the Accounts Payable Accounts list.…

Thank you, Angela. Hi, @J.Wang1. The previous comment below is basically the same as what Angela said. 😊

Hello, @J.Wang1. Good day. Do you still need assistance for this? May we ask why the solution will not work for you? Thanks.

Hello, @User_NG5TG. Good day. Have you checked our previous comment?

Hi, @Shara. Unfortunately, that's the only way in NetSuite to apply the existing Bill Payment to the Bill. The Bill should have the same Accounts Payable account as the Bill Payment. Perhaps what you may do instead is to Void the existing Bill Payment, because it is using a different Accounts Payable Account than the Bill.…

Thanks, @User_GZH0H. Is the 20010 an Accounts Payable type of account? If so, that is the reason why you are unable to Apply the Bill Payment to the Bill because they are not hitting the same Accounts Payable Account. This is documented in SuiteAnswers ID 102419. According to the article, you may edit the Bill and change…

Noted on this, @User_GZH0H. May you please check what is the Accounts Payable GL Account the Bill Payment is using? Is it the same as the Bill that uses GL Account # 20030? You can check this by clicking the GL Impact subtab of the Bill Payment.

Thank you, @User_GZH0H. I can see that the Bill Payment is not applied to any transaction which is unexpected for me because usually, users are not able to save Bill Payments unless there is a Bill or another Accounts Payable transaction applied. Anyway, may I ask if you can apply the Bill Payment to the Bill by doing…

Hi, @User_GZH0H. We can only see the list of transactions but can we see screenshots similar to the ones below: Bill: Bill Payment:

Hello, @User_GZH0H. Thank you for posting this question. May we ask for a screenshot of the sample Bill Payment and sample Bill that you want to apply to each other? Please make sure to redact any sensitive information. Thanks!

Hello, @J.Wang1. If you don't want to apply a Vendor Credit to any specific Vendor Bill, perhaps what you mean is a stand-alone Vendor Credit. To do so, you may follow SuiteAnswers ID 64313. Navigate to Transactions > Payables > Enter Vendor Credits. Populate all the necessary fields such as Vendor, Account, Currency,…

Hello, @User_NG5TG. You're still using the same Criteria, right? For those sample Sales Orders, may we again ask for the following: Screenshot of the Sample Sales Order with inflated amount in the Saved Search results. Make sure to include the Summary Box (where subtotal, tax, and total amounts are shown), the Item subtab,…
-
Hello, @User_2LD8N. If incorrect details being added on the Sales Order happens quite often, which you need to correct, perhaps what you need is additional layer of controls to mitigate creation of incorrect Sales Orders in the first place. This way, you don't need to risk having to Bill an incorrect Sales Order. Perhaps…

Thank you for these screenshots, @User_NG5TG. It looks like your sample Sales Order includes six item lines that is why there were 6 duplicate lines in the search results, hence, the amounts from our previous revised formula were multiplied by 6. Considering this and the fact that you have set Tax Line to False in your…

Thank you for these information, @User_59L06. I have tested this in my test account and I was able to successfully update Address 3 field of a Customer Address via CSV import. Below are the steps I followed: 1. Create a CSV file with below columns: Note: Customer Internal ID pertains to the Internal ID of the Customer…

Hello, @J.Wang1. Good day. Have you checked our query from our previous comment below? Thanks!
-
Hello, @nag_m. Good day. Just to clarify, perhaps are you asking for the best way how to expose the Internal ID of Bills as a Column on the standard A/P Aging Detail Report and whether this could be achieved by creating a Custom Field on Bills which shows the Bill's Internal ID then adding the Custom Field as a column to…

Glad to help, @User_9O8LG. Have a great day ahead!

That's good to hear, @User_Q1DPO. Have a great day ahead!

Hello, @J.Wang1. Thank you for posting this question. May we ask what do you mean by applying Vendor Credits to the Vendor Account level? If you could further explain to us your use case that would be helpful.
-
Hello, @User_59L06. Thank you for posting this question. How are you attempting to update the Customer addresses (i.e. manual edit of Customer record, CSV Import, etc.)? Are you using a custom Address form? And, may I ask for a screenshot of your default Address Form similar to the screenshot below? You can check this by…
-
Thank you for the screenshots, @User_9O8LG. Upon checking , it seems that your fields Sub Shortname, Aspire Record ID, and External ID can have unique values per record, so I suggest that you remove the Summary Type for those columns in your Results subtab. Then, I would suggest for you to set the following fields as…

You are welcome, @jt_kelly. Have a great day ahead!

Thank you for these, @User_NG5TG. May we also ask for the following: 1. Screenshot of the Related Records subtab of the same Sales Order, similar to the below: 2. Also, in relation to the screenshots of the sample Sales Order requested, may we ask for you to add the following columns in your Results subtab: Then, could you…

Hello, @User_9O8LG. You may review Amanda's suggestion to your query. If you need additional assistance, we would like to request information from our previous post below:

Hello, @User_9O8LG. Thank you for posting this question. Please clarify if my understanding is correct. Do you just want to have the total count of those transaction types shown in the Saved Search? If so, perhaps the reason why the count per transaction type in your saved search is showing as 1 is because you also defined…

Hello, @jt_kelly. Thank you for posting this question. Unfortunately, there is no native way in NetSuite to automatically change the From Email Address to the Purchase Order Creator's instead of the Final Approver's in emailing the Purchase Order after Approval when the "To Be Emailed” box is checked. Currently, the…
