@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle There is no specific item type it depends on the quote we issue. We use all forecast reports. Advanced forecasting is not a solution since the whole quotation is included we need to exclude some lines.

Hi Elychelle, Yes, but my question is a bit different and I hope you can answer it. For example, I have customer called XYZ and this customer has 3 subsidiaries. I want to send to him 3 dunning letters 1 for each subsidiary that will have the transaction in it.

Okay but I will need to add it to the customer file or the saved search will be enough?
