You would need to share more specific example of your requirement and also provide details of what you tried and the outcome. Please review Date and Time Functions and Conversion Functions to see the available date and conversion functions that you can play around with.

You can share Workbook content via Email in pdf/excel formats, however currently you cannot schedule these jobs. Only Dashboard/Analyses can be scheduled via agents currently. This is a roadmap feature that will most likely be available in future release of OAC.
