Not sure if you have option of external db , if yes You can try following… Edit the Dataflow and change its output from “Internal Data Set” (in OAC storage) to writing to an external database or a different “Database” target.

While we wait for the feature to be implemented, an alternate approach would be to create a dashboard or landing workbook in that folder whose cover page serves as an index: show links (buttons) to the other reports. Then you share the link to that “landing” workbook.
