Dana, A new feature to 'Save a custom column and re-use it across analyses is implemented in OBIEE 11.1.1.9 This will help your use case Thanks Raghu

Will, Could you check if the ‘prompt before opening’ feature in dashboard properties helps ? Basically, when you open the dashboard, the report do not run(if you have selected this option), only after you click on ‘continue’ the reports render Thanks Raghu

Pamela, you can use the attribute "Location"."Active Status" to filter the report for active locations similarly, "Department"."Department Status", "Business Unit"."Status", "Job"."Job Active Status", "Grade"."Grade Active Status", "Position"."Position Active Flag" Thanks Raghu

Sarah, have you tried specifying the 'Destinations' as 'Home Page and Dashboard' This way, the agent would run and would generate an alert that will be on the home page of OTBI if you open it, the report would render Thanks Raghu

Shashi, I assume, you want to join multiple subject areas with a custom defined join between them if yes, then i agree, this will be a good enhancement Thanks Raghu

Ashish, from what i could understand, you need report prompt on 'Department' that filters based on the already selected value based on 'Business Unit' prompt This can be done using the 'Prompts' tab in the analyses itself let me know if you meant anything else? for now, i would mark it as already existing Thanks Raghu

Harpreet, you need to select 'treat as an attribute column' in the column 'Doc Status Interpretation'. FYI - Raghu

Rob, yes, that is my understanding too. Cloud customers cannot modify it on their own. - Raghu

Rob, As you have mentioned above this is done using custom skins or changing the defaults. I found this following document internally, please check. I am not sure if you could do that on cloud instance by yourself.…

Aaron, You can do a cross subject area report using work relationship real time and assignment event real time. The 'HR Action' and 'HR Action reason' folders in assignment event real time will have the attributes that you have mentioned. I have done a sample using assignment event real time only. Thanks Raghu

Hi @Craig Stevens * If a requisition has been in suspended state multiple time during its lifecycle until it reaches the filled state, you want to have the cumulative suspended duration? I think the answer is yes, but wanted to confirm * Do you plan to use this(requisition suspended duration) in conjunction with the…

@Vivek_Gautam09052022 Vivek, can you please provide some additional details on this? * Can you please post a screenshot of this column from the application? * Is this available in any of the OTBI subject areas currently? * If possible, how do you plan to use this in the report? Raghu

Hi Priyanka, have you tried leveraging the subject area HCM - Workforce Gains and Losses? In this you could track the people movement by Job, Manager, Grade, Location, Business Unit, Position etc. This you can analyze by HR Action and Reasons too. Raghu
