Oracle BI HD version 12.9.2(2)
Oracle Business Intelligence Product Version 12.2.1.2.0
The Production instance which is still on 12.2.1.0.0 works fine. But after we upgraded the Dev instance to 12.2.1.2.0, Failed to authenticate, invalid credentials Server Error comes up.
The following error is shown in the logs:
