When you embed DV content in Classic dashboard you will always have the ability to open the project you are using via a "Explore" button at the bottom of the dashboard section. This is mostly good but there are cases where you don't want the end-user to be able to visit the DV content. Mainly to the applications of certain filters being able in classic and not in DV.
Use Case and Business Need
As a project company, we want the Project Managers to access a dashboard and be able to see only their projects. We want that dashboard to be dynamic and display data only for the logged user. This is possible by applying some SQL statements in the Prompts of the classic dashboard but not possible in DV. If we create the dashboard and the user just clicks on the explore button the DV content that will be opened won't have the same filter and will display more data than what expected.
