Description

Please, add/show the exact timestamp of each update to the UI that shows Service Requests.  Show exact date and time, instead of "Tuesday" or "+9 hours ago".

Plus, keep the info available when the SR is closed.
Plus, keep access to the attachments available, once the SR is closed.

Use Case and Business Need

Use Case:  

There is a severity #1 incident.   Afer the incident, the SR does not show WHEN each update was made.
Consequence: It is not clear if Oracle responded timely or not.  On the other hand: It is not clear if the customer rseponded to the Oracle engineer in time either.

Use Case#2:  incidents with a less critical severity as well.  It is important to document when an SR was reported.  It is useful to be able to access attachments once an SR is closed.
