Horizontal Scroll Bar doesn't display in OBIEE 12c BI Publisher

Hello Everyone,

I'm facing a weird issue in OBIEE 12c BI Publisher. I've defined 5 parameters (required to place in 1 row only) in my data model . So, when I view the report a horizontal scrollbar comes to scroll the parameter. But the horizontal scrollbar for the report is not getting displayed.

But when I hide the parameter (using show/hide parameter on report viewer), scrollbar for the report gets displayed.
