Description

Currently the setting options for PDF and other settings (Export) for all the end users is not available. We would like to have the OAC Export feature defaulted to a certain PDF size so the users do not need to play around to find the perfect PDF export size.

Use Case and Business Need

The end users want a more seamless experience. By adding this feature the users would only have to click export to PDF and not worry about trying to format the perfect PDF for each report.

We also noticed that the PDF exporting produces a larger file than the project itself. For example, the project is only 6MB, but the PDF is actually 25-26MB. Currently, we have to use PDF professional apps to reduce the size after exporting the project into PDF. Can PD review this issue?

I agree, we have ibot agents that deliver the dashboard page as output to Excel and email that to management because the PDF produced was never acceptable, without the manual manipulation noted in previous comment. Also, we never pursued adding graphs or visual KPI indicators to reports because they never appeared correctly in any form of output (via ibot distribution).
