Data Visualization ability to create connection with database which have dynamic porting

Description
Data Visualization is not able to create connection with databases with dynamic porting like MYSQL database. We have a work around and can connect to it via rpd but not directly. As this requires changes in rpd, business users are not able to do it them selves. Also not all tables/schemas are available in rpd. So, for sql server with dynamic ports DV as of now cannot be used as a self service BI application.
Use Case and Business Need
Currently DV is not able to connect to databases which have dynamic porting like SQL server. The port field is a required field and cannot be left blank.
