Description
Ability to prevent users from accessing Dashboard, Analysis, DV during a maintenance window where we perform an activity at the Metadata/ETL/DB layers which will give an inconsistent response.
At present there is a feature in OAC to set default portal path, similarly, if there is a toggle Radio Button for Maintenance and Portal path for a dashboard with Error info (locking out all other pages for all users except BI Admin profiles for maintenance activity) or standalone HTML with an error message (locking all users except Admins).
