Summary:
Data Flow to load/save to database currently works for only few, can have load/save to snowflake database an option and already logged an SR for it
As part of data democratization, the data flow in OAC should have an option to load/save to all databases currently which new connections are released within OAC. Currently this works for only few, cannot load/save the end result to snowflake database ,already logged an SR for it
Use Case and Business Need
Data Analysts want to discover and prepare the data and ingest it and publish the data to a data lake (in our case snowflake). From there OAC have a connection to Snowflake to read the data and visualize it. currently OAC Dataflow do not have option to load in to Snowflake database, it does have for few other databases. This stopped the users using the OAC dataflow functionality and made them considering other data prep built in tools in other BI tools.
