We need limit by parameters in BI Publisher, and we have to get all the column values for the column if its not limited by any parameter.

Hi Usha - whats the exact requirement? What would you like to achieve in the LOV?

Pretty much similar to that of making a parameter nonmandatory using the NVL function.

Use NVL in your list of value query and you should be good to go
