OAC Publisher need to show 'processing' indicator for long running reports

Description
Upon launching a Publisher report that takes slightly longer to load, say more than 1 minute, the UI does not show any indicator that something is going on behind the scenes and user can expect to see the report shortly.
It appears, this is a common but significant nuisance for all your clients, and we hope an enhancement will be provided soon
Use Case and Business Need
This limitation has caused a lot of confusion within our Publisher user base. We raised a ticket SR 3-25643946261 and this was deemed to be a product enhancement.
