Ability to customize visualization properties at Project Level in DV

Description

In OAC 6.2 the Common Properties functionality was introduced at the Canvas Level.

You have the possibility to select multiple visualizations from the same canvas and change their common properties (font, legend, number formatting, etc).

We need a similar functionality at the Project Level.

The Project Author should have the possibility to change common properties in all the Project visualizations (without selecting them in this case).

Use Case and Business Need

An Author will spend a lot of time changing a visualization property (column font, for example) in all the Project visualizations.
