Description

Use Repository Variables when creating custom expression filters and new columns in a Data Flow.

Use Case and Business Need

We have multiple repository variables that are used for filtering dynamically different periods of time (e.g: current fiscal year, last fiscal month, next fiscal week, etc).

These variables can't be used in a Data Flow.

This means that the Author will have to manually change the reference period when it's the case.

Definitely needed. Why is it possible to use them everywhere in DV except in Workbook object labels, like Viz titles or field names and in Data flows?
