Description

The idea is that Admins have the ability to send CC/BCC emails using Agents

Use Case and Business Need

Currently, there is the only option of selecting recipients but there is no method to put recipients in CC or BCC. To achieve the same we are depending on recreating the report in BI Publisher as of now which is very time consuming

this would be very welcomed. We used to have the ability to SEE who else received e-mails while we were on-prem, and we lost the feature when we transitioned to OAC.

Thanks for your reply Adam. The requirement is to send the email to Business Users marking their Supervisors/Senior Management in CC along with a few stakeholders in BCC. This requirement is for a leading bank in India. As of now, we're using BIP to cater to the same.

The sytem setting is not the solution to the request.

we need to be able tp specify email addreses for To:, Cc:, and Bcc: fields on each agent.
