Application role which allows DV Authoring and blocks Classic Authoring

New application role which only allows DV Authoring and prevents Classic Authoring. Today DV Content Authoring gives authoring to both DV and Classic

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Training end-users on DV but not Classic which is for professional developers. Now DV Authors can also create analyses and dashboards which then requires additional training. You can sort of block Classic development in Classic Admin but its time consuming, requires custom application roles and is not complete. This new application role would also allow a user to author in one subject area in DV and only author in a different in Classic. More fine-grained control is desirable
