Formatting table cells that contain no data

Description (Required):

We are not able to color the cells of a dynamic table when these cells contain no data (please find attached a screenshot that explains better the problem)

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

The table is inserted in a dashboard then exported in pdf form, so it needs to be organized and respect a specific color chart.

Enhancement Request / Service Request:

We are proposing to offer the possibility of coloring and formatting empty table cells
