BVT fails to download the report in CSV format

Hi,

I'm facing an issue in BVT ... it is getting failed to download the CSV report.

I've set the timeout limit = 120000 MSec (20 Minutes), still it gets failed before reaching its timeout value.

It will be very helpful if someone could suggest something.

Can you execute the URLs (the text that you have hidden with the purple lines in your screenshot) manually that have been generated by the BVT?

Try running as the same user configured in the BVT config file from a browser

That looks like your problem then. Could you try replacing the analytics with analytics-ws in your config for the OBIEE URL and see if this makes any difference?

I tried by replacing analytics with analytics-ws in the config file for the OBIEE URL but its not working.

It is giving me an error: Failed to connect to server.
