Adding ALWAYS ON Scrollbars to DV Legends regardless of Legend Position

We require the addition of an ALWAYS ON Scrollbar for Legends IF the Legend content is not fully exposed.

Use Case and Business Need :

We need to consider adding ALWAYS ON Scrollbars in the case of legends with a high number of items, where not all items are exposed. BI Consumer have currently no way of easily determining the existence of additional values in the legend, UNLESS they MANULLY hover over the Legend Section and MANUALLY begin to scroll.

The issue is most prevalent for BOTTOM , RIGHT and LEFT aligned Legend Toolbars.

More details:

See sample LINE CHART which holds more values in the legend than are currently expose. There is currently no immediate sign for a BI CONSUMER of this dashboard that there are additional values in the Legend Section of the visualization.

This issue occurs for all visulizations where the legend exceeds the available space.

Hi Adrian Nedelcu,
I am currently working on the line chart, I found one issue with the hovering effect, Like other line charts if we hover in any area inside the chart we get the data.
