Use PERIODROLLING time series function in OAC for computing metrics such as "12 Month Rolling Resignation %" or "12 Month Rolling - Total Terminations". PERIODROLLING function (PERIODROLLING(measure, x [,y])) computes the aggregate of a measure over the period starting x units of time and ending y units of time from the current time.
Import the attached dva project file into your OAC instance of Fusion HCM Analytics and explore the custom calculations of the project.
