License (User-Service) Count Issue

Summary
Oracle Report From Oracle Note 2512770.1 giving no data for services like "Recruiting" Etc.
Content
Hi Team,
We are using Oracle License count report to get "How many user are consuming which service based on privilege". This report is provided in Note 2512770.1. The sql in this report is getting mapping of service and privilege from valueset "ORA_PER_MATRICS_SET" (and few other valuesets based on values in this valueset).
Issue is: now we are not getting data for few services. We were getting data for few services like 'Recruiting' from this report before, but it seems now the data in these valuesets are changed and we are not having mapping for few services.
Due to which, these few service count is coming as 0; Where as there are users who are using Oracle Recruiting and have privilege for those.

Hi Shubham
The recruiting cloud metric was updated due to some inconsistencies. It is a Hosted Employee Metric - not Hosted Named User. As a result, it will not appear in the BI Publisher report you are using.
There are a number of services that have more complex metrics and may not be based on privileges or work on a combination of privileges and other counts. These will not appear in the BI Publisher report even though they may be HNU.
