OBIEE 12c WSIL enable

Hello Friends,

I have installed OBIEE 12c and I have a requirement to enable https://host:port/biservices/inspection?wsil and I followed the steps defined in below url.

But this url is having steps for OBIEE 11g. I am not sure if this url is available in OBIEE 12c or its deprecated. If it is still available, can you please help with the steps.

I am getting below error.

500 Internal Server Error
