BI parameter declarations and error in xml report

I am running a query in toad and its giving a valid query has 3-4 parameters but as I give one parameter it accepts and give the output.

while I am creating a data model in oracle bi publisher what should I do when I give all parameter it shows me file error xml output and if  I give one parameter still it shows the same error do help this is first and recently I am in ORacle BI.
