Problem during running configuration assistant in business intelligence 12.2.1.3

Hello all

we are trying to install business intelligence 12.2.1.3.0 on a Oracle Linux machine, we installed all required software in order :

1. JDK 8 Update 151

2. Fusion Middleware Infrastructure 12.2.1.3.0

3. Business Intelligence 12.2.1.3.0 for Linux 64

operating system : Oracle Linux 6 Update 9 , packages inside updated yesterday 20-Dec-2017 using Yum.

after that , we start RCU to configure schema in Database , this task completed successfully .

then we started the config.sh to configure the domain for BI, using command located in : #ORACLE_HOME#/bi/bin/config.sh

in the 3rd screen, we need to insert the domain name, location and credentials , but after pressing "next" button; the window stuck in the same 3rd screen as you see below

giving error in "define new domain" step in the left of the screen , pointed in red arrow,

also in the console located in bottom of screen "pointed in blue " has no feedback if there is an error occurred.

we can't resume the installation due to this problem, even we don't know the reason of it, we tried to reinstall everything from scratch but still the same issue occurred.

if we made wrong step or missed something , or there is a patch ( work around ) to pass this step then please help us.
