hi while i am installing OBIEE 12c  on windows  2012 R2

nqserver has stopped working

i did what i read in websites  but   problem not solved

please help

    a) Have you looked into any log files?

    b) What do the logs say? EXACTLY?

    c) "i did what i read in websites  but   problem not solved" <--- What is this supposed to mean? WHICH websites? WHAT did you do? We can't read your mind...
