Taleo connect client to Fusion HCM Cloud

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to integrate data from Taleo to Fusion HCM Cloud. We are using TCC client to get the data. We need to import the data to Fusion cloud.

Please help me to know the feasible ways of moving a file to Fusion UCM server from TCC client. 

Is there possibility to invoke Fusion HDL from TCC Client only??

Please help if I am missing any details.
