Ability to Refresh Custom Materialized Views in Data Pipeline

Description

It would be nice to have the ability to refresh Custom Materialized Views as part of Data pipelines. This is extremely useful in 2 scenarios

1.) The customer has a reporting requirement which could be met with existing data in ADW and they can create an MV and model it using Extensibility Framework

2.) The customer has long-running Report/SQL which they want to optimize using Materialized.

The ability to have these materialized views refreshed as part of the Data Pipeline will be really helpful and simplify customer's needs to manage them separately.
