UBS
Description (Required):
In order to support remediation of the existing Oracle data extraction process, in collaboration with Oracle we are moving to BICC as the primary extract mechanism from HCM Cloud. The following tables are high volume and an existing VO/BICC job does not exist:
We require VOs to be created for the following tables with no row or column restrictions i.e. the full tables are extractable in BICC:
• ZMM_SR_AVAILABLE_DATES - UBS uses this table to derive Public Holiday FLAG and Block Leave FLAG. This further supports the Regulatory requirement to report on block leave and to ensure that when block leave is taken that front office staff have their access disabled.
• ZMM_SR_SCHEDULE_DTLS - This table is being used by downstream systems to generate Absence Schedule details for last three years. In conjunction with block leave, the ability to report on absence and where BL relevant is a regulatory requirement.
This is required as soon as possible to achieve Oracle's desired end of life date for our existing data extraction process.
