Experts, do we need to procure new licensing for BVT. We are in process of upgrading from OBIEE 11.1.1.9.12 to OBIEE 12.1.2, I saw that BVT comes as part of OBIEE 12c client tools, but we are currently in OBIEE 11g and in process of upgrade to 12c. In this scenario, do we need to have licenses procured till we move on to 12c
