Description
Manually select/set order of legend items in a horizontal bar chart
Use Case and Business Need
Hello - we have been told that the order items appear in a horizontal bar chart start with the greatest overall number being measured. Often times, we are trying to measure progress/focus on an item that is not the greatest overall number being measured, such as Summary Hires by any number of diversity measures (Gender, Race/Ethnicity, Veteran, Disability, etc.). To highlight the number of these hires, we'd like them to appear first in the legend/bars. This highlights makes them easier to read as they go from 0% to 20%, 40%, 60%, reading left to right.
The sample chart images below shows Male / Non-Minority values first because they represent the overall larger number of hires, we would like the Female / Minority values to appear first in the chart/legend.
