Ability to export OBI Report's with formatted cells to be TEXT format

Use Case and Business Need

We wanted to export our OBI Reports with certain columns to be Text format yet Taleo does not allow it. When opening an SR, we were explained that it is a bug in the systems, see below for their notes.

In investigating this issue (we) have found a bug on this where development confirmed that the expected format of a filed like is in the general type. (We) did some testing to see if casting the field to different types would impact the fields. Unfortunately, the changing the display or casting it as different types does not change how it is exported. Based on the information we have been able to confirm this is not going to be a function that is available.
