How increment automatically the date parameter value of a program which is scheduled

For a custom report there are 2 date parameters and we are trying to schedule the program with some dates and we want to schedule the program for every 1 hr.. and we want to increment the date parameter timestamp need for every 1 hr..automatically.

For example:

when we are scheduling the program the date parameter value is 05-02-2019 00:00:00 which we provide manually and schedule the program for every 1 hour after 1 hour the program need to submit automatically with data parameter as 05-02-2019 01:00:00 (date parameter need to increment by 1 hour automatically)

Use Case and Business Need

There is a custom report which have data parameter and business wants to run the same report every 1 hour in this case data parameter need to updated automatically
