Can the Navigation capability from OTBI to the Fusion pages be made dynamic ?

Description
We followed Oracle Drill Down documentation to enable navigation from OTBI to Fusion screen, found that URL is static, this is causing us issue when we migrate reports to different instance.
Business Justification : We need to update automatically/dynamic the instance name in the navigation link that we refer in the OTBI dill down to fusion screen.
