Allow resizing of the "Select Subject Area" window in OTBI

When creating a new analysis in OTBI, the Select Subject Area window is too narrow to display the names of the subject areas.

To read the subject area names.

It's frustrating to select a subject area, or to communicate to my peers about subject areas.

"Hey Nolan, love that new report, which subject area did you use?"
"I used the Workforce Management - Workforce Modeling Real T?????" subject area.
