OTBI Agents : Require details of schedule and recipients

Unfortunately, unlike OBIEE reports schedules, we don't have any tables that stores the details of agents scheduled.

Hence, we are submitting this idea to develop a custom report with following columns to fetch details of all scheduled agents for OTBI, which can be reused as per requirements for any customer. Listing below some fields which can be incorporated in the report:

• Job Name
• Parent
• Job ID
• Parameters
• Report Name
• Schedule Frequency
• Distribution List
• Schedule Start Date
• Schedule End Date
• Format

Use Case and Business Need

Business Users are comfortable creating report in OTBI, as it doesn't involve writing sql unlike OBIEE reports.

Since these analytics are to be frequently used, they have been scheduled via agents to be run on a mentioned frequencies and to be delivered to specific recipients.

We are looking for a custom report hat can be reused, to validate the agent details, modify them if necessary and also update the recipient lists, as applicable.

More details

Currently, we are unable to find any database table information that stores the OTBI agents created under BI.

We also raised an SR, to seek assistance and Oracle confirmed that there is nothing available in place as of today, to meetr our requirements, that have been asked for.
