This functionality is not currently available in Cloud/SaaS environments. Support has raised the below Enhancement Request (ER 22590867) for this capability.

 

Need access to the following tables under fusion_biplatform schema

• QRTZ_BLOB_TRIGGERS
• QRTZ_CALENDARS
• QRTZ_CRON_TRIGGERS
• QRTZ_FIRED_TRIGGERS
• QRTZ_JOB_DETAILS
• QRTZ_JOB_LISTENERS
• QRTZ_LOCKS
• QRTZ_PAUSED_TRIGGER_GRPS
• QRTZ_SCHEDULER_STATE
• QRTZ_SIMPLE_TRIGGERS
• QRTZ_TRIGGER_LISTENERS
• QRTZ_TRIGGERS
• SEQUENCE
• XMLP_APPINFO
• XMLP_SCHED_DATA
• XMLP_SCHED_DELIVERY
• XMLP_SCHED_JOB

Direct access to scheduler tables isn’t available in Fusion SaaS.
Use Scheduler Web Services (SOAP) to retrieve job status/history (see example blog: How to Create Oracle Analytics Publisher(BIP) Report to Monitor Scheduled Report Jobs)
