OTBI PPM Subject Area not all versions for a project are getting displayed

We have a requirement to create a custom OTBI PPM report where we will be displaying all the Estimated Cost and Revenue values along with the version details for a particular project.

But as per the analysis not all versions for a project are getting displayed.

It would be very helpful if we can have a subject Area  which includes all these details as well.

Use Case and Business Need

I'm using the Subject Area: Project Control-Budgets Real Time, but not all the versions for the project are getting displayed.
when we check the session log query, following filter are getting applied.

( (CURRENT_PLAN_STATUS_FLAG = 'Y' ) OR (ORIGINAL_FLAG = 'Y' ) )
AND ( (PLAN_STATUS_CODE = 'B' ) OR (PLAN_STATUS_CODE = 'W' ) )

Therefore, the report is showing only the Original/Current and Baseline/Working Versions and not all (like just the Baseline or Working versions).
