We want to be able to report on the flags that someone has in Social OSN. Can we get items that are on social like flags, comments, flag date, comment date into a SA, so that we can create a dashboard in OTBI.

Use Case and Business Need

For most users the number of flags are sky high and it is helpful to have an overview of # flags per case, # comments per case, new comments, flag status, flag date, comment details so they can manage better.

Another good reason is that on the new Engagement Home Page the flag count is not visible anymore.

More details

In OSN it says 335 flags, but it is difficult to see if there is a case with 10 flags or  with 6 urgent flags. Users missing an overview.
