No Open Option for BIP Report shortcut

Shortcut works only for OTBI report but not for BIP. Please enable OPEN option for BIP report shortbut.

I have created shortcut of a BI Publisher report, but it does not allow me to open/run them using the shortcut.
Permission for the original report and shortcut report are the same.
