OBIEE 12 c successfully installed but saw server giving error

After successful installation of obiee 12 c on my windows 7 machine, saw server under bi server is giving error and not starting up.

I am getting below error in logs:

row key might not be reset correctly at the end of the request. Component ID: :emT:avl_tt1 ViewId: /ai/bi/instance

and

The start operation can not be performed on the Dummy BI Presentation Servers component.Supplemental Detailoracle.sysman.emai.model.bi.ModelException: Failed to start the component
