Need to call .env file in xml bursting file

Hi Team,
I need to call .env file variable inside .xml file (Bursting file). I'm not able to call .env file inside .xml. Is there any way to call .env file variable inside .xml file.
This .env file is not system environment file it is an user created .env file placed in an particular path in database.
Is it is mandatory to keep both .env and .xml in same location in database?
