BI Agent is not translating report headers

Description
When you run a BI agent, the results that will be sent by mail do not have translated report headers.
For example, when a user has set the preferences in the UI and in BU to the language Dutch he will still receive the report by the agent with the English report headers even when in the agent is specified that the agent is running as the recipient.
Use Case and Business Need
The report that is being sent to the recipient should have the report headers translated to the language preferences of the recipient.
At this moment the recipient is always receiving the report from the agent with the English report headers even when the preferences of the user is set on a different language. It should be intended that the BI Agent is looking at the preferences of the recipient as the BI Agent is being ran as the recipient.
