Description

Now we can add less than 5 column in rows section of pivot table for BI Publisher.
So we can't prepare for reports meeting client's request.

Pivot tables in Publisher are limited to 5 row columns in interactive layouts(XPT) due to page width and readability constraints in interactive output. Expanding beyond this affects usability and layout rendering.

For interactive exploration, use OBIEE/OAC analysis pivot views instead.

For larger printable crosstabs, use an RTF template with cross-tab design, which allows more row columns and supports horizontal page splits (PDF/HTML output)
