Deep Links for Requisitions to open up to Requisition View page

Description (Required):

Our client requires Deep Links in most of their custom reports. They have asked for Deep Links be added to requisition numbers that appear in reports to open up to the requisition record. However, we have been told through an SR that the Deep Links will only take users to the main page of View requisitions. We do not have the ability to pass a parameter to execute the search. 

This means that users have to manually search for a requisition rather than the requisition just appearing like it does for Purchase Orders or Invoices. 

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Our client would like requisition record to open in a View window like the Purchase Orders and Invoices one do.
