Enable BI Publisher in MS-Word 2007

Hi Folks,

I want to show the BI Publisher Menu in MS- Word 2007 but after install the BI publisher Tool, doesn't show the BI Publisher Menu in MS Word.

For fix this issue I have tried following ways but not worked.

1. Uninstall the BI Publisher and reinstall it again

2. After install the BI Publisher: Go to the Word Option -> Add -Ins -> select "COM Add-ins" from the Manage drop down menu -> BI Publisher Template builder for word -> Ok

Hi SeeThu,

Which version of BI you are installing....

BI and word has some compatibility issues. So you can try with other office like 2013,16 etc

I did some google search and this piece of info came up:

I then tried with
"solved by unistalling (C:\Program Files\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\DotNetInstallFiles\TBAddInSetup.msi) in order to install (C:\Program Files\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\DotNetInstallFiles\TBAddInSetup64.msi)."

And it's now solved.
I tried with uninstall both ETBAddInSetup.msi and TBAddInSetup.msi, then install both ETBAddInSetup64.msi and TBAddInSetup64.msi
And it's fixed.
