OTBI Column Properties going back to suppress instead of repeat after every patching

Description (Required):
After every patch is updated the OTBI Column properties are reset to suppress irrespective of the inital properties that the columns are set.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
We had set the column property settings for all the OTBI reports to be repeat instead of Suppress. Now all of the reports have gone back to Suppress. This has rendered all our reports completely unusable and will take several hours to go and fix all the 100+ reports and all the columns to Repeat again.
We need the column properties to remain same as before after the patching as well.
